What you'll learn

Program

You can begin with "AI Opportunity Mapping" to identify and prioritize potential AI opportunities. This sets the stage for the "Products & Services" module, where you'll develop detailed AI concepts. Alternatively, if your focus is already on improving or transforming your products and services, you can jump straight into the "Products & Services" module. The AI Design Sprint™: Products & Services includes three key phases: Opportunity Mapping, Concept Development, and Assessment. These phases culminate in a technical feasibility check, an outcome presentation, and a detailed implementation roadmap, all guided by an AI expert.

 

Phase 1: Persona & Customer Journey

Starting point is a persona and its customer journey. The team analyses the customer journey by identifying pain points and prioritizing them.

Phase 2: Assess the potential of AI to improve the product/service

The team uses our AI Cards to assess the potential of AI to improve the product/service. They develop AI solutions and build a new, remodeled customer journey.

Phase 3: AI technology & user needs

Using our AI Cards, the team matches AI Technology with the user needs of the persona.

Phase 4: Improvement/Transformation

The AI solution informs the team about the improvement/transformation of the existing product/service.

Phase 5: Ethical check

The team checks their developed AI concept solution ethically using our AI Ethics Cards.

Phase 6: Concept assessment session

Assessment, the team evaluates the technical feasibility of the AI solution by identifying the necessary data, forms of the data, and data owners.

Phase 7: Value assessment session

The team evaluates the value of the AI solution for the person.

Phase 8: Business case

The team evaluates the value of the AI solution for the business.
