Investment

The investment is €3.750 (excl. VAT) per participant. Included are six training days, extensive course materials, project support during the training days, refreshments and daily lunches. 

In addition, participants will receive a 7-month license for Minitab, the software utilized during the course. If you already have Minitab, you will instead receive a complimentary coaching hour with the trainer.

Excluding costs for the theoretical exam, additional project support and GB certification costs.

Block 1 – Days 1 & 2: Laying the Foundation

  • Get introduced to the powerful Six Sigma method
  • Dive into project definition and create a project charter
  • Discover the Voice of the Customer and learn to translate it into critical-to-quality (CTQ) requirements
  • Explore the practical use of Minitab statistical software
  • Master elementary statistics and graphical techniques
  • Gain insights into Measure System Analysis and ensure accurate data collection
  • Harness the power of Control Charts for process monitoring and improvement

Block 2 – Days 3 & 4: Unleashing Data-Driven Insights

  • Evaluate Process Capability and identify improvement opportunities with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Learn hypothesis testing techniques for comparing categorical and continuous variables (t-tests, ANOVA)
  • Delve into advanced regression analysis when dealing with both categorical and continuous variables
  • Unlock the potential of Design of Experiments (DOE) for efficient process optimization
  • Set up and execute impactful experiments for maximum results

Block 3 – Days 5 & 6: Fine-Tuning and Mastery

  • Deepen your knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) for complex scenarios
  • Analyze and optimize your processes using center points and response surface models
  • Understand the importance of power and sample size calculations
  • Continue to utilize control charts for process monitoring and sustainability
  • Navigate the roadmap to reliability and explore Weibull analysis
  • Explore the link between Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) principles

Practical information.

For whom

This course is aimed at people who carry out projects in the field of improving projects, processes and services. Affinity with decision-making based on facts, supported by statistics and personal involvement with projects is a pre. The training is suitable for professionals with academic skills or Bachelor level, or the same level of knowledge gained by experience. 

Certificate

Participants who have followed the 6-day training receive a certificate of participation. For Green Belt certification it is necessary to complete a theory exam and implement one project with a minimum saving of €20,000.
