The power of the Voice of the Customer: how to involve your user in your medical innovation

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are critical to the success of any business, and understanding the Voice of the Customer is key to achieving these goals. By identifying the VOC at the start of product development and translating customer feedback into CTQ parameters, you can create products and services that meet the critical needs of your customers and exceed their expectations.

Successful medical device development
Successful medical device development requires a deep understanding of user needs. To ensure that your device meets or exceeds user expectations, it’s essential to engage with your target audience and gain insights into their requirements.
But how do you approach potential users, what questions should you ask, and how do you convert their feedback into actionable insights?

During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned to your own product. We’ll provide you with templates and tools that you can use to immediately begin engaging with your target audience and taking one of the most important steps in the product development process: speaking to your users!
