"Our reliability engineering training has led to broader knowledge and greater engagement within the organization," says Henk. "I hope we create a critical mass of employees who actively promote reliability and Six Sigma," he says. The Reliability Foundation (RF) programs by Holland Innovative offer various modules, all focused on the practical aspects of Reliability Engineering. These programs are developed in accordance with the VDI 4002 Reliability guidelines. Successfully completing certain modules and projects can lead to certifications such as the CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) and DfR Greenbelt certifications.

To obtain the DfR Greenbelt certification, participants must complete the RF1 module, pass the exam, and finish a project. To earn the CRE certification, participants must complete RF1 and RF2, as well as at least two additional modules such as RF6, RF9, RF10, RF11, and RF12, and successfully complete three projects. The CRE certification is issued by the University of Stuttgart.
