He has authored multiple books on project management and has inspired thousands of professionals worldwide with his dynamic presentation style and sharp insights.

Wim Schouten

A results- and people-driven senior program manager with over 30 years of experience, Wim Schouten specializes in managing complex technical product development projects. With a strong background in project and change management, he helps teams and organizations translate strategy into concrete actions. As a certified coach, Wim combines leadership and coaching to drive both organizational success and individual growth.
