Your role as Root Cause Analysis specialist at Holland Innovative
Working at Holland Innovative means working for different customers and on different projects. Root Cause Analysis is all about finding out why a product is not meeting its customer’s expectation while it is in principle able to do so. As a Root Cause specialist you are curious about how a product is used by customers and in particular under which circumstances it fails or does not. The Root Cause specialist also serves as an independent outside viewer: without any prejudice he or she observes the problem in order to be able to quickly focus the investigation on the place where root cause is hidden. You do this from your drive to really understand why problems occur. You also know how to communicate this correctly to the stakeholders.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Defining the Root Cause Analysis project together with the customer
- Set up an adequate problem-solving strategy
- Designing and analyzing tests
- Communicate your findings correctly
Job requirements

Completed technical HBO or university education, preferably in the direction of physics, chemistry, mechanical or electrical engineering

Several years of experience in an R&D work environmentntage

Knowledge of reliability statistics or Six Sigma is an advantage

Fluent in the English language, basic understanding of the Dutch language is an advantage
- Motivated to further develop yourself in the field of Root Cause Analysis
- Being able to communicate with the engineers as well as the managers
